First of course, the system gets more of the light refracted back to the plant. Secondly, the Art Garden Growing System wastes 0% of space. Growing Together: Cucumber & Lettuce
Not only can any "non root" plant be grown, they can be grown together. Any combination of plants can be grown. We recommend growing the developed plant variety's that we have grown but, its completly up to the grower. Art Garden can create billions of designs. Each plant is a new artist and depending on the variety of plant there are add-ons with the system.
For instance "indetermenite" tomato variety's will need a custom growing trellis to achieve the best results. We can't believe the things that are possible once the cost effective trellis is put into place. The tomato's will grow to a span of 10x10ft and create a Stunning canopy of foiliage and fruit. The chamber holding the roots is nesseled below in a shaded and cool enviroment. Harvesting is done at 5-8ft above ground with a step stool. You will litterly have a "tomato tree" unless you choose to grow cucumbers that is. Each Art Garden Growing System can be completely customized to grow what ever the grower wants. We currently have a trifecta of systems to choose from. Each system has different combinations of attributes to benefit different plants. Or a multipurpose model to allow the grower a wide range of options for plant variety's.
